What is the importance of deadlines? How do high school deadlines reflect or simulate "real world" experience? Give an example of when you met or or didn't meet a deadline that was important.
The importance of deadlines is if you don't have a deadline then you'll procrastinate and never get it done. High school deadlines reflect on the real world because it's teaching you that you can't always have it your way. A deadline I forgot was the science fair. This was in the eighth grade. The science project was due in January and we started in October. So I thought that I could procrastinate and just do it when time got closer. So ending is I was rushing to finish.
