What are you doing for Thanksgiving? Do you have any traditions? Go in to detail about your plans for the 5 day weekend.

This Thanksgiving weekend I am going to make pies and cakes. this is just usually with my mom, grandma, sisters, brother and my step-dad. On Wednesday we will make all the food with my family (its usually my step-dad making all the food). On Thursday we will eat and tell the family at the table what we are thankful for. Friday, my family usually finds Christmas decorations and a tree so we can setup on Saturday. We usually discuss what colors of this year. This year we are doing red lights. Also on Saturday we sorta go around and gift shop because we don't like black Friday because its way too much going on. Sunday we usually just eat leftovers from Thanksgiving.

There are many different things that go on a resume website. These things include: your name, address, email, telephone number. Other things would be the specific job you want or seeking. Education; what school did you go to, name and address. Experience in work; each job you have did and the duty. Another thing would be references; as in a person you can trust.

Consider the quote below. What exactly do you think it means and how does it relate to Web Design?

I think this means to design something that fits with the subject. I think it may relate to web design because if you are designing a website then you need to tie in all the colors and designs that it may relate to the idea of the website.
Also this may work in web design because the way your website is, it should be easier to navigate, find things and should be a good website.
User Experience- The Overall experience of using an app or an website which is pleasing to use and to keep using as in snapchat and Instagram

Reflect on your learning this semester so far in this class. Think about the first day you walked in to this room until right now. What have you learned about Web Design? What have you learned beyond Web Design? Explain yourself.

In web design I have learned so much. I have learned CSS and how to code things and all. Beyond web design I have learned tricks and techniques to making a website. I have also learned about color schemes and how they affect your website's theme. Also, I have learned how to maintain a good blog.

This weekend I went trick or treating with a friend, Mansi. I was a Flapper and she was a (and I quote) "I'm pajama girl!" and she was making me laugh. We went in her neighborhood and then during that time we met these so called Freshman from St. James and they followed us around so we were laughing the whole time is was just hilarious. After that they offered us some hot apple cider which I didn't take because I didn't like that they followed us and lied and said they were Freshman which we knew they weren't because their voices were WAY too high to be in hs. After almost making my hands break off from the cold I went to my sisters friends house and watched Netflix, then after that my mom took me and my sister to McDonalds and then we went home. Pretty much my weekend was pretty fun. :)

This weekend I did absolutely nothing. I went to the party store and got some things I also did some cleaning and I also snapchatted a few of my friends. I re watched American Horror Story: Freak Show because I was sad that Meep had died

Below is a letter written to the editor who wrote the article 'Enforcement of dress code creates negative effect' that your blogged about last week. Most of you wrote on your blog that you agreed with the writer. What are your thoughts after reading the letter below and seeing a different perspective. Are they the same? Are the different? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.

After seeing a different perspective I honestly still think the same. I disagree because we still should have the freedom to wear as we feel. I disagree because I feel that yea guys should pay more attention to work and focus on things that need to be focused on.

Monday October 13th

The perfect set of classes would be if I could just learn what I need to work on, stuff that I am struggling with. The title of classes would be called Struggles and Upsides. I would study stuff like geometry and ELA. I would spend my class time on studying and working on things I need, basically almost like a study hall. They would be different because instead of spending time on things that I know I would take time on myself.

In this article I do agree. Its not that i'm a girl it that's it true and I feel that yea we should have leisure to wear what we want. I also highly agree that boys should know how to control themselves at this age and be more mature. Girls should not be dress code violated because shorts are "too short" I also think if we feel that is comfortable to us then we should be allowed to wear what makes us comfortable.

Monday October 6th

Tell me about your weekend! If you don't have anything fun to share, tell me about the city you live in. What do you love about Kansas City? Do you have a favorite place in the city? Favorite team? :) Favorite event? Explain.

The city I live in is Kansas City. I love that Kansas City is a fun place to be. I also love that Worlds of Fun is here  because its a fun place to go. I don't really have a favorite sports team here. But my all time favorite event would have to be the Buzz Beach Ball  because the bands that come to Kansas City just to perform to us, that is such a gift because sometimes your favorite band will come to Kansas City. Which mine did come this year which was The 1975. They were absolutely amazing to see and also i love that Arctic Monkeys were there. So that is my all time favorite event.

Audrey/Parade

This homecoming weekend I was in the parade and I went to homecoming! It was very fun! I spent the night dancing and enjoying myself. First my group went to On The Border to eat. We took pictures and it was fun being with them. After that we rode in Audrey dad's car and we were laughing because Lauren was falling (laughing emoji). After that I realized that I forgot my student ID so I was scared cause I thought that I wasn't gonna be able to come in. But I did. After that we just danced, but it all went downhill because a guy dislocated his knee so we all went home. And then the rest I just slept.

Now that you are several weeks in to this class and have coded one (super small) website, what do you think? What are your thoughts on web design? Is it what you thought it would be? Is it better? Worse? What's your favorite part? What's your least favorite part? Explain.

I think that coding websites is alright. Web Design is hard but I know that it'll get easy from the more I know. Yes, web design is how I thought it would be, making websites and coding. It is better because I thought it would be super boring but its alright. My favorite part is the CSS because its easier and makes HTML better. My least favorite thing about it is the HTML because its just n fun to do.

What is the importance of deadlines? How do high school deadlines reflect or simulate "real world" experience? Give an example of when you met or or didn't meet a deadline that was important.

The importance of deadlines is if you don't have a deadline then you'll procrastinate and never get it done. High school deadlines reflect on the real world because it's teaching you that you can't always have it your way. A deadline I forgot was the science fair. This was in the eighth grade. The science project was due in January and we started in October. So I thought that I could procrastinate and just do it when time got closer. So ending is I was rushing to finish. So basically just do stuff ahead of time.

An example of this is school. If you don't prepare for a test then you can fail. This has happened to me because one time for science I forgot a pencil, the teacher apparently didn't have one. So me, being dumb forgetting a pencil, go around and ask everyone for one, no one had one so I just sat there looking dumb and excepted an F for my test. FAIL. Always bring a pen or something to write with.

This weekend I didn't really do anything. On Friday, I went to the Blue Valley Game. On Saturday, I went to this restaurant named Straud's they have great chicken fingers! On Sunday I didn't do much. I helped my mom and step-dad get ready for their date. That is pretty much all I did, besides Snapchat!

One day I told my mom that I was bored. She told me to do something about it. An hour later I would again tell her I was bored. She also again told me to do something about it. Two hours later I told her the same exact thing. I wasn't expecting what she told me next. She told me that you have life and there is no need for you to say your bored, she also said that I should do everything. So this quote means a lot to me.

 This weekend was very fun. On Friday I went to the Buzz Beach Ball with friends at Sporting Kc. It was so fun because I saw two of my favorite bands The 1975 and Arctic Monkeys. On Saturday, I went no where I stayed home because I was still tired from Friday. I loved staying home because I was so tired and achy so I needed the sleep. On Sunday, I didn't do anything but eat tacos and watch movies! Who doesn't love tacos? 

Friday September 5th

Kids these days. Always on their phones.
Kills me they can't even help me with the TV  remote.
Always on Netflix, eating food and always on electronics.
They need a lot of learning and explaining of what we had back then.
We only had wood to play with.
Then the kids never go outside.
Wasting all they're the money on whoopdys
and crap.
At they're age we had a family and kids, these kids still act like them.
Its sickening, I can't even look at my grandchildren without
that cellphone.
But this is how kids are these days.
Can I go lay down now? My back aches.

I have learned a lot this year in Web Design. I have learned the HTML basics. In the HTML basics I have learned how to make a webpage. Honestly I don't want to learn anything else. I think I have learned enough by making a website. I also have learned how to how to style a webpage. By the end of the semester I wanted to learn how to make a webpage; but, I already do!

Tell me all about your Labor Day weekend. What did you do? Include photos!

This labor day weekend I didn't do much. First, On Friday I went home and I went to sleep. On Saturday I went to Oak Park mall, we ordered the big dinner box from Pizza Hut. The pizza was really good and i love their pizza. Also on Saturday I went to see the Giver, I didn't like it because it was almost nothing like the book. On Sunday I went to my Aunt's house and she cooked some good food, I enjoyed going to her house. On Monday I went back to the mall and i got a few more things, which was good. This is all I really did over the weekend.
